Returns & Refunds Policy – 7 Days
At Soliv, we care about your satisfaction and want you to feel confident with every purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may return or exchange your item within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the conditions below are met.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Items must be in their original condition: unused, unwashed, and returned in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided.

Sale or promotional items may not be eligible for return or exchange, unless the product is faulty or has a manufacturing defect.

If the return is due to a defect or mistake on our part, Soliv will cover all shipping costs.

If the return or exchange is for any other reason (e.g., size or preference), the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs both ways.
Refunds

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used at checkout.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued within 7 business days.

Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side.
